Dr.
Casey G. Cegielski is an Assistant Professor of Management
Information Systems. His current research interests are
in the areas of innovation diffusion, computer facilitated
speech recognition, and the strategic use of information
technology. His research has appeared in numerous international
information technology journals including Decision Support
Systems, Communications of the AMC, and Information & Management.
Currently, he teaches courses in object-oriented application
development and systems analysis and design. Dr. Cegielski
earned a doctorate in Business Administration with a
concentration in Management Information Systems from
the University of Mississippi. Additionally, he holds
a master's degree in accountancy as well as a bachelor's
degree both from the University of Alabama.
