Dr.
Clark received her B.S. and M.S. degrees from Auburn
University and her Ph.D. from Texas A&M. She is currently
a full professor and The Distinguished Teaching Professor
in the Economics Department at Auburn University of Montgomery.
She is the Co-Editor of The Southern Business & Economics
Journal. Dr. Clark's research has been in two areas:
the impact of government regulatory impact on industry,
specifically the shrimp and timber industry, and exploration
of the means and methods of teaching economics. Her research
has appeared in the Review of Regional Studies, Journal
of Economic Education, Quest, The Journal of Economics
and Finance, and Marine Fisheries Review.
